    Vaccinations

Has anyone here had their flu vaccinations and their booster jab together? Interacting with people many have said they have been alright with them separately but others have said they had them together and suffered. A personal friend was affected by having both together [does not have MD]and was unwell for a week. Anyone with feedback who can answer?

I can tell you that one of my sons, who has MD, had them together and was ill for a day or two, as was one of my daughters. I cannot have either so I cannot speak for my own experience.

I had my flu jab a month before my booster. No effects after the flu jab. With the booster I got aches in joints and a headache after 24hrs which lasted about a day along with feeling tired. I have heard of such variations with after-effects across the board that I’m not sure any one option is better than another.

I have not had reacted to flu jabs before. I didn’t really get a reaction from my Covid jab. It’s just that some of the feedback I’ve been getting is that the two together may increase the chances of a reaction. As I said above a friend did have a reaction, they did not have MD.
    Thank you for your input.
