    Stiff hand's and finger's

    Hi, my name is Josh and I have DMD . I am currently 27, recently I have been having issues of having stiff fingers and hands

    they can get cramped and I find it harder to hold things.

    I’m a very big gamer and sometimes I am struggling with holding controller due to stiff hand’s and fingers.

    Does anyone have any advice on what equipment could help relieve the stiffness and cramps from my hands.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍

    Hey mate have a read of my anyone into gaming post i currently use a quadstick but if you still have pretty good use of your hands keep using them as long as possible unfortunately i can only use my right hand for gaming now and it’s only two micro switches i also use an xbox adaptive controller which might be good for when your hands get sore or tired im sure the xbox adaptive controller works on playstation and pc hope that helps

    No problem and it’s on here on the general discussion chat and chill ive just put up anyone into gaming? and wrote my experience with it so far it’s a bit long but went into a bit of detail
