Sunshine every day this week? We are being spoilt! There’s a cold breeze that reminds me that I’m not quite able to go out without a scarf and my faithful wrap/shawl thing but I find myself looking forward to warmth and fresh airs.
This weekend I am getting an apple tree espalier planted in my garden to grow up and across the fence. There are some sweet peas waiting to be set off and the crabapple that I can see from my window has small green leaves once more.
I don’t know about you but I cannot wait for being outdoors and warm!! Feel free to share what you are looking forward to this Spring.

I’m a season ticket holder at the marvellous league 1 side Walsall FC, but when I go, I find myself wearing 2 pairs of trousers, 2 t-shirts and a hoodie + windproof jacket. Can’t wait till I can go in just my Jeans and Walsall top.
I don’t know when spring ends but the end of May, we always go down to Newquay for a family holiday, something else to look forwards to!

Yes I too am looking for the warmth of summer. ots of things to do this year but they do not include gardening any more. But we have two more grandchildren due over the coming months so thats something to look forward to. Maybe even a holiday, but that is very doubtful.

Just pleased to see a few warmer and sunny days.
Had to give up my big garden last year but just loving
the tiny one I now have just outside the front door. Everything
in my few pots is bursting into life. Hope that is an omen

Yes, thank goodness the winter is over for another year. One of my friends is also a season ticket holder at the Saddlers! She is Walsall through and through. Not a good result today down South though. I am a Southampton FC fan but haven’t been to see them for a few years now. I have supported the Super Saints for many years. I have been to both St. Mary’s and the Dell. I aways look out for Walsall.
