    Posture brace/support?

    Hello

Does anyone know of a brace that pulls the shoulders back that I could buy myself?

Say rounded shoulders – I am looking for something lightweight under clothes to wear to pull my shoulders straighter and alleviate the rounded posture from the issues there with my shoulder/scapula.

Does anyone know of anything like this?

    Thanks :)

I think I’ve seen something like that in a Google search but have no experience of them.

very tight. I tried one and couldnt breath and it reduced my arm rotation. was an off the shelf (ebay) job so may have simply been badly fitting.

I was looking for something that might help me stay more upright and correct this lean to the side I have.

Anyone had much success with using one?

What is a specialist called who would prescribe this kind of thing so I could ask for a referral? Would it be the OT?
