    Physiotherapy

I guess there will be very few of us who have not made friends with a physio department of one form or another. I was just wanting to ask as a bit of a straw poll how many of us religiously do the exercises they give us, every day as we are instructed?
I will hold my hand up and say I do not. Other things lilke pain, poor mobility or simply time catches up with me. So thoughts please, do you do them say 80% of the time, and if not why not?

I dont do the generic ones they give everyone as find them impossible to do alone. I do assisted passive stretches when time and helper allows and a variation that I’ve cobbled together over the years.

I try and do if I feel particularly stiff or have been more immobile than usual. It’s passive stretching like Cat mentioned. Also, with my hands, I can tell when they need a bit of exercise and they just feel squashed and uncomfortable so I sit and stretch my fingers and move them around while I’m watching TV. It’s on an as and when my body tells me too.
