    Guys

You can go to http://photobucket.com/ and open an account to host photos. Once you have uploaded the pictures on there, you copy the link which is given below the picture.

Then when replying on the forum click the “Img” button and you will have appear on your screen.

Simply copy the link between the two like this but with no spaces [ /img]

    Hope that helps!

    Sag :)

I have not forgotten – I am slightly drowning under a sea of paper and web work right now, but I will get there.

I’m not doing very well at the moment, I lost another cat today :( I have a bed that turns me some of you may know of it its a Centromed Baltic Bed, anyway my mum was making the bed and pressed a button to make it go flat and didn’t realise the cat was underneath, :? :? he got squashed, died outright :( my poor mum is beside herself. I’ve said to her to not beat herself up, it was just an accident! Thing is I lost a cat exactly the same way almost 3yrs ago, we’ve all been so careful since then. Today though he (Tom) must have snuck in when mum wasn’t looking. I know how she feels, it makes you feel sick to the stomach.

I think I’m done with pets, I only have Lily now and shes pining for Tom already which makes it worse. If anything happens to her I’m not having anymore. I can’t keep doing this.

Vicki, so sorry to hear about Tom, but you’re completely right, it was an accident.

And it’s good that you still have Lily she will get used to the change in time.

    Very sad news.

    Poor little cat.

Know the feeling, I cannot bear to get another cat, just cannot
go through all that, plus worries that with progression you
    cannot look after them properly.

It sounds Tom did not suffer.

Really sorry to hear about your cat.

I can see how easy it can be for something like that to happen. It’s one of my nightmares that the cat who lives with us will decide to make a bed under one of the various bits of equipment that I use to lift me up and down. It’s a shame they don’t have a safety mechanism built in to warn if there’s something in the way. We have a through-floor lift, and it’s always a worry coming down in the morning that puss may be sitting underneath… the lift does have a safety cut-out if it hits an obstacle, but I never quite trust it to work.

I’ve never understood why there isn’t a safety shut off on the bed. I think I will be writing or even e-mailing them to make them aware of the problem.

Good idea. I think the manufacturers need to be made aware of this.
