I can empathise with the walking gait. I have a significant lordosis of the spine which makes me too like I am leaning back bring dragged forward as if there is a giant magnet in my midriff
Are you reviewed by your local physio teams? If so have a word with them, they maybe able to find a MD physio person they can confer with for better advice.
