Opmd

Hi I have recently been diagnosed with opmd, which runs. In my family, my sister and farther died from this disease,I have removed all gluten and grains from my diet as this made my symptoms much worse, since removing these there has been an improvement with my symptoms I wonder if anyone else has found any similar findings
