Welcome to the Forum Puneet. We are very glad you have found us.

Thank you for your very brave post.

You have had a very tough time!

Many of us will identify with parts of your experience but I am sure none will have gone through it all.

The good thing is that you do have a diagnosis of FSHD. This will mean that you will understand your condition
and what is happening in your life and hopefully that because of this people will be more understanding in
the future. We know that even the average Doctor in any country will not understand or even have met
a patient with your condition, so it will not be easy.

Here is our page on FSHD http://www.muscular-dystrophy.org/about_muscular_dystrophy/conditions/99_facioscapulohumeral_muscular_dystrophy_fsh . Please browse the site and feel free to ask any
questions you want. We have several members with FSHD who will be able to give you
    first hand advice.

If you are having a tough time and just want to vent your feelings we hope we would
understand and try and get you through it.

I know the concentration problem can be just awful and people around just will not
    understand it fully.

    Thanks for contacting us.

Here is the website of the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation of India :-

    http://www.mdfindia.org

And the Muscular Dystrophy Association of India

    http://www.mdindia.org/index.php

Just in case you do not have them.

They have a lot of good information and services.
