    Miyoshi Myopathy

Hi I’m Rachel and am new to the site. I have had myoshi myopathy for the past ten years. Find it also very hard when cold, and have found heat bags that you put in the microwave excellent to go to bed with. Finding it now very hard to go up and down stairs and need the aid of my stick and braces. If anybody has or can give me more info about myoshi mypoathy please post me a reply. thanks alot! :)

Hello Rachel and welcome to TalkMD

I have done some site googling and mild digging, while I have found a couple of interesting articles about research, I have not found a specific area of our main site about MM but it does seem to be closely linked with the Limb-Girdle MD.
