Millbrook Healthcare (Ashford)

Anyone having trouble with this company. i was supplied with a powerchair that was near impossible to drive,it was blamed on my driving (been driving a chair for 30 years!). It turned out the wheelchair had not been fitted with a Gyro. We are now going to sue them over damage caused to our house.
Secondly a list of repairs taken at an engagement meeting on 17/4/19 has been chased several times and they have now admitted no action was taken until 17/6/19.
This company is not fit for purpose.
