Thank you for the seasonal greetings Fizamama. Best Wishes to you and your family.

I am celebrating Christmas with my family. I have just opened some presents and eaten a bacon sandwich for my breakfast – perhaps not a good idea though as I choked on it, when will I learn not to talk and eat  We will be having a big lunch with turkey and lots of festive food. I bought lots of chocolate and have been given lots too so I think I will not need to buy any for some considerable time in fact should see me through til Spring :) Then tonight some other relatives will be visiting for more food, no doubt lots of alcohol and we will play cards.

I am sat here on my own and had spagetti on toast for my tea! I will be getting both my daughters over tomorrow so that will be my Christmas Day, tried to speak to them today but ex only ever lets me talk to them on loudspeaker cos she is a control freak and paranoid.

    Happy Xmas Ranald.

Know how you feel. I had a tin of beef stew for Xmas dinner (it was quite nice). Have
been snow bound indoors for eight days and never got out to do Xmas food
shopping. Good luck for Boxing Day.

    Merry Christmas everyone!

I managed to get our for a drink with friends on Christmas eve, first time in 6 months. Fortunately we had some light snow which helped me with my walking. I was very good, didn’t drink too much and made it home safe and sound for a take-away tea with my wife and kids followed by watching ‘Elf’ on the tv.

Hope you all get some enjoyment out of the holiday! :D

    Merry Christmas everyone. :)

We got my girlfriend’s mum an RSPCA rescue kitten for Christmas. He was a bit timid at first but really coming out of his shell now. He’s called ‘Stan’. :D

I spent the Christmas Day at my sister chatting and drinking tea with her and her husband and watching their children playing with their new present toys. It was nice. :)
