    Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 1C

    Hello,
    I was diagnosed with lGMD1C in 2003, I suffer from chronic pain and would like to hear from anyone who has the condition.

    Hi Molly, I have LGMD but I don’t suffer pain with it however I do get days when things take a bit longer because of tiredness.

    Hi,

    I have LGMD 2B and i suffer with pain in my feet and knees, more so when it is cold. I am 24 and had MD for about 5 yrs, I would love to chat about life in general and MD, swap things we both may have learnt etc. I hope u are well.

    I and my two brothers also have limb girdle type of muscular dystrophy.Do you people know about gene therapy I think only it is the way in future by which we will get treatment.we are very much hope full what about you people do you know about it.It was started in 2008 and will be expected to compelet in 2012.Till then we all have to wait and also will request them to make it possible as soon as they can.I also have pain in knee not permanently occasionaly when I get flu after it this pain and swellings start.I use only pain killers like disperol and bandages for it and after two or three weeks get relief.what about your pain ans me.
