    Instant Hot Water Gadgo!…….

My Tipper Kettle is good but always worryingly “rocky” by
    definition.

Had a magic day with my new instant hot water boiler :-

Fill it up once a day and just press the button!

Had two drinks, and a cuppa soup and made a jelly, two things that
I just have not bothered with the last year or so. Also
came in very handy when I got superglue on my fingers.

Fantastic idea. This would be excellent in my emergency home alone kit.

We’ve had several of these. They are incredibly convenient but, due to the way they work (they boil water from within the machine) they don’t tend to last too long unfortunately.

We started with a Bosch Filtrino & that’s the one that lasted the longest at nearly two years. I am thinking of getting another one of those in the future. At the moment we’re using a compact kettle.

The last one we had was a Morphy Richards Redefine & although it looked fantastic, it stopped measuring the right amounts & the condensation meant it leaked everywhere. We had three replacements & gave up in the end.

One word of advice, descaler is your friend if you have one of these machines. Do it regularly ;) .

Did not know about the descaler.

    Thanks!

    Mine was from Coopers!

Does not dispense exact amounts, you just press the button
to start and stop. Therefore I can fill my 600 ml tea
    mug at one go.
