    Hydrotherapy/AquaGym – Staffordshire

Not sure if people are aware but there is an AquaGym class at http://www.jubilee2.com/ Newcastle-under-Lyme that anyone with MD or something similar might find useful. The concept is basically a heated hydrotherapy pool with equipment actually in the water so there is less strain on your muscles. There is a bike, cross-trainer and a few other things. There are weights and floats available too.

There is an instructor to show you how to use the equipment and to supervise so it’s not really a ‘class’.
There is a lift into and out of the pool.
I’ve been going for a couple of months now and feel much better for going.
The cost is £5 a time but there if you are full paying member, there is no extra cost.
