    Hoist slings

    Hi Everyone! I am wondering what experiences have with slings. In particular, toileting/hygiene slings… which ones, any issues? Many thanks in advance for any info you can give me.

    Hi sar78,
    Since a toileting sling requires sufficient upper body strength I use a universal sling instead.
    However I’ve just discovered that there are more supportive versions of toileting slings available now.

    Yes I have the same with lack of upper body strength. Am due to try one shortly made by a company called Liko. I’ll report back. Finding the right sling for me is proving tricky!!
