    Free Adaptive Sky Remote…..

    Sky TV are offering a free specially adapted remote for people
    With disabilities.

    There are two models one with a rubberised bubble, easy grip surface and the
    other that I have ordered has a strap to secure it to your hand and stop
    you actually dropping the thing.

    Had a call from Sky.

    The order has been wildly over subscribed. Twelve thousand in the first few days.

    Now they realise that people who are not disabled in any way have been ordering just because
    they fancy a free remote. They are now phoning to check people’s eligibility. luckily I
    was able to come up with all the paperwork they needed.

    To no avail I explained how my affected hand muscles mean I constantly drop the remote and it is
    Held together with tape.

    Sadly due to the greedy us genuine claimants now have to wait twelve weeks
    for the new stock.
