    Its that time again. winter approaches. Check out your GP surgery for availability of Flu jags.

    Flu Vaccine is essential for people with respiratory conditions or reduced capacity to fight illness.

    Just booked mine for 6th October.

    Do not forget, these can be vital.

    Often there are limited amounts available.
