Cinema Exhibitors’ Association Card

This is a national scheme which verifys the holder is entitled to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema. Basically it lets you take your carer or a friend for free. You do need to the meet the following requirements to apply

a) Be in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance.

b) Be a registered blind person.
