    Breathing issues

    Hi Guys

I am wondering if anyone has noticed there breathing has worsened lately with all this wet but clammy weather.

People have mentioned that I seemed more breathless and I dismissed it as my norm now but since then I have noticed it too especially with this clammy weather so wondered if its the weather and if so are others the same, if not it is me :(

Have neuro and cardio appts looming soon so need to know in case its needs discussing

    Cheers
    Gill

    Hiya Gill,

I’m sorry you’re finding your breathing considerably worse in this weather :(

I am too and find myself gasping for breath. Trying to take my inhaler but can’t breathe in enough to make it effective.

I hope neuro and cardio go well, I, personally would mention it xx

    Hi Gill

I am also finding breathing more of a struggle, more so when I have to move about – this is a stifling atmosphere at the moment.

My temperature seems to be all over the place these days, very rarely just right!

For this breathing issues, yoga is the best exercise to get relief. With yoga exercise, you can control your breath and it is helps to improve your breathing system. Slow walking is another good exercise for this problem person.

I have been getting more breathless lately but I just thought it was because I am unfit. But now I’m thinking it’s MD related.

Sarah, my temperature is a bit erratic and I just thought it was me. But the more I read on here the more i think it’s MD.

Has anyone had more joint pain? my right knee and ankle have been really painful. A combination of the weather and MD I think. Oh the joys!!!!!

definitely weather related I think now, weather not as humid here now and my breathing is little a little better. Going to mention it at my review to be on safe side as generally I am not great at the moment so want to be sure this is not part of it too.

Valerie I would get yourself checked to be on the safe side as I remember you saying previously you didnt have breathing issues.

Funny you mention temperature control, mine has been a bit weird lately and im going from extreme to the other where as normally I usually cold.
