Basically want to know of easy masturbation techniques as having duchenne muscular dystrophy and my hands not working doesn’t make it easy i do have my own way of doing it but just want to know if anyone knows easier ways to go about it? slightly embarrassing but hey we all have needs right

My thoughts exactly and i hate how some people just assume that it doesn’t work it’s annoying just because we’re disabled doesn’t mean we don’t have needs and desires

I really don’t fancy asking one of my p.a.,s to help me put a sexual aid on it’s above there pay grade and pretty embarrassing to be honest

To me that’s crossing a line a mean most of my p. a., s r married i don’t think there husbands would be too amused to hear that their wife’s helping with that kind of stuff
