simple grab bars is the minimum and A wetroom is prob the most biggest change. gives more room to move about. wheel in wheel out shower.

track hoist can be added to ceiling if needed and joists permit.

if you want to keep bath. riser bath chairs are available to rise up from bath to make getting out easier.

An OT assessment is a good start as they can tell you what they will provide for free. if you own your home Disabled Facilities grants are available to do large scale changes from changing bathroom to wet room or adding an extension for one. in some areas and age depending the local authority via a grant sometimes add a full bedroom bathroom extension to plan for future.
