Any body guess which type of MD I have

    Any body guess which type of MD I have

    I have not any possibility in my country, to have genetic tests to know my exact type of MD, so by my symptoms any body guess which type of MD i have.
    I have problem in my knee,shoulders and upper leg’s joint related muscles that is
    1-Knee’s muscles most problem in muscles upper and on ventral side of my knees also pain and swellings in it.
    2-shoulder muscles my shoulder muscles on dorsal side are weak on joint of my shoulder
    3-muscles of upper legs on dorsal side also on joint are weak they are so much weak that a curve like appearence there on upper leg joint, shouder joint and on near knee joint near knee joint is most affected.
    Now by these symptoms will you guess which type of MD i have?any body give me contact of any expert which by my symptoms tells me my type so that I will try to get informations about it only.

    It really is difficult to say what type of MD you have from symptoms. Symptoms can be very similar for different types. It would be very unfair for us to say what we think it might be, even experts get it wrong!

    Can you not go back to your doctors and ask for more tests?

    Hi Fizamama,

    You must be feeling pretty frustrated not knowing which type. Sorry no one here can help you. It is good that you are doing your research though and trying to find out.

    Don’t know what it is like in your own country but here in the UK you often have to go back for repeated visits to the GP to get someone to listen. So keep on asking for tests.
