Google have come up with a bit of a quantum leap in data input. Typing just got easier !

Re: Typing Just Got Easier……..Gesture Driven Keyboard…By it’s origin this is an Android App and does need Android operating system 4.0 (ice cream sandwich) and above.
It is available on most later generation tablets and phones.

I have enough trouble with auto correct, if it is going to try and pre-think me, watch out world it is gonn get heated, lol.

There are several videos already on the net in just two days, but I have made one of my own just to

This is tortoise speed, with practice it becomes second nature.
Autocorrect – you can switch on or off or have different strengths inbetween, but with the floating

It is quicker and easier than I realised. You do not have to swipe your gestures to every
single letter, just a generalised swipe over some of the letters tells it which word you want.Developments are also afoot with very minimised gesture keyboards that only take a fraction of your
screen and even will work on a wristwatch or ring on your finger. I have signed up to

However many technological advances in keyboard there are to make the life of disabled people
easier there is no way to replace the bog standard keyboard on your Apple device."Even if you are not paranoid, it does not mean they are not out to get you!".

Re: Typing Just Got Easier……..Gesture Driven Keyboard…I’m glad somebody has embraced the google keyboard. It’s much like a paid app called ‘swiftkey’. I selfishly didn’t post this when it was available for free because I just couldn’t get on with it. I think I am not only too clumsy for such swiping gestures but, the language I use isn’t of the wider world. Not always cursing but, slang. And not just rhyming slang, I socialise with all sorts, northern monkeys etc & integrate their patter too.
Once you’ve been using the local input keyboard on your device for a short time, It remembers words frequently used, stores them in the local library & then seamlessly filters them into the predictive text. If you use it.
