The impact of COVID-19 on you and services you access

Hi all,

At MDUK we’re currently running a survey to get insights from people living with muscle-wasting conditions on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to know about your experience of shielding, lockdown, the impact on your physical and mental wellbeing and the changes to accessing services.

It’s a short survey, and your insights will help us identify what needs addressing in the short term, and shape our work in the long-term.
