Sen school lack back to school help?

Last update 31/July on medical info

Anything new, as all who can are going back to school?

Fact sheets/Forms/Leaflets for us to Print-out to give to heads for parents worried about their kids medical conditions?

Any new medical advice regarding dystrophies and Corona?

Is it Medically Advisable for our kids to go back?

Waiting on Neurologist regarding my son and my partner who both have Myotonic Dystrophy With weakened immune system and reduced lung capacity with 1 on Sleep apnoea ventilator. Not a Doc but petty sure Covid not be a good mix with Pneumonia being greatest worry!

    Hi And welcome to Forum,

Very much in the same boat as yourself. The Scottish guidelines are work from home if you can, which I can for now. There does not seem to be any clear guidance on schooling for the sheltered group.

Maybe someone on Facebook groups Trailblasers or neuromuscular alliance will have educational years guidance.
