PRANAYAMA…..
Thought that would get your attention.
Pranayama is a new breathing exercise trainer. Have been using it for
a couple of weeks but today the MDC Physiotherapist says this is a great
way of doing all the breathingexercises she has been showing me.
It gives you a structured way of doing these breathing exercises with different
levels, modes, timers and lovely music. All the time you are shown and actual
realtime graphic of the lungs, heart and diaphragm moving in sycnh. You really
do get the point and the logic.
