    New treatment

    I found it while looking for information about Limb Girdle, but it’s also for other types of MD, and VERY recent!

    Hi Fleetwood,

    I don’t really know a lot about Ayurveda, but I can certainly understand how yoga with its gentle stretches could be good for people with muscular dystrophy. Also good for the mind and keeping a positive outlook. I guess you’d want to make sure your teacher knows about your condition so that you don’t overdo it though! Have you tried it?

    No, I haven’t, not yet… I’m not sure I have MD yet.
    I probably know more on the 16th. I’m just very unpatient and can’t help looking up all kinds of information about LGMD… :oops:
