    new to this site and looking for supportive new friends to

    hey everyone,im new here,i have limb girdle md type 2a and am happy to have discovered this sight,i was diagnosed 8 years ago and i am 36 yrs old as of now but am recently experiencing an increase in the severity of my symptoms which are bewcoming very hard to deal with,so i am looking forward to meeting some new friends who can relate to what i am going through,and i look forward to hopefully helping out the people i meet as much as i am sure they will help me as well :D

    This forum is a great place to share experiences, talk to others who are dealing with similar issues and as you say, support other people in return. Glad you have found us :)

    thanx for your replies guys,the warm welcome is really appreciated,i just thought i would stop in quick and see if anyone replied,so thanks again for all the kind words,I’ve had problems with having enough energy to stay awke very long lately,ive been sleeping 12-18 hrs a day, and when im awake im drained (not to be so depressing but its kind of the way it is right now) so i look forwqard to talkking to you sall when im not quite so sore,im anxious to talk with some of you and find out what symptoms some of you are going through as well to see if how im feeling is “normal” or not,but hope you all are doing well and i’ll talk to ya soon

    tough times are unavoidable i believe with a disease like this,but,i believe having an outlet like this site and the people on it to discuss and share these “tough times” with is a great healing process and a great way to help cope,thank you guys,i appreciate it infinately :)
