New fundraising group in Milton Keynes

Come and find out more about fundraising in the Milton Keynes area at our information evening!

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign relies on the support of local fundraisers and volunteers in order to continue the vial work we do in supporting the 70,00 babies, children and adults affected by muscle disease.

We’re trying to get together a group of people in the Milton Keynes area who would like to get together to organise fundraising events for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and act as local representatives for the charity. They can organise anything from cake sales, pub quizzes, charity sporting matches, store collects, the list is endless!! It’s a great way to join together with local people to volunteer together for a great cause.

The fundraising group would meet up every 4-6 weeks for an hour or so to plan their fundraising and delegate tasks, they are supported by the local Volunteer Fundraising Manager.

If you’d like to find out more please come along to our informal meeting about the fundraising group where you can meet other supporters of the charity from the area. This meeting will take place on Monday 13th December from 6:45pm – 7:45pm at Milton Keynes Central Library, 555 Silbury Boulevard, MK9 3HL.
