    Hi All. Haven’t posted in a while but came across this recently. Being a big golfer myself I find it very inspiring :)

    That is indeed and inspiring website. I wish them both much success in helping folk with FHSD. Sadly, nothing on this side of the water, but you never know.

    There is a few athletes with MD either adult diagnosed or who lived with conditions from childhood who are active in sport. Boccia, Powerchair football, para shooting and golf to name few sports.

    Contact your national sporting body for disabled sports to see if any golf or other come try sports days in your area? Sport can be more accessible than you may think and is very beneficial for mental health, social health and physically for MD

    Absolutely!! I think sport is very important whether it’s watching or participating!

    Always taught my kids

    Vijay from India. Age 36. Having Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and wheelchair dependent
    I am working and need to earn more to pay for my medical support and home care taker. I have aged father who has same LGMD and aged mother to take care with. If any one could help me to get online/work_from_home kind of jobs from your country could be highly appreciated.
