    Had my six monthly physio/occ review .. lovely girlie popped in. Did the usual, stand, walk [hate how they hovver around as I move], the arm stress and leg manipulation, nothing has changed. She is going to have a word with the Neuro Nurse about the increased finger/hand/wrist cramps incase there is a supplement or tablet I can take [oh bugger prescription charges, hmm will have to think on that]

    That’s e sorted.

    Funny you should say that … my Sis & BroInLaw got two cats when they first moved in to their first home together. Sat watching TV one night and all of a sudden earth was being shovelled industriously from the pot.

    They never had a real tree again, lol.

    Hello folks, I’m afraid I may not be about much. Just had round 3 of a massive choke session – if I clear in next hour I might pop back. Drinks are in me lol well yes I have been drinking wine but I meant to say drinks are on me!

    that I had misplaced and was never going to find.

    …it also found a few rogue tracks that I had bought from Emusic and were in an e-music folder somewhere.
