    Hello and anyone using natural herbs?

    Hello, our son was diagnosed with duchenne 2 weeks ago at gosh, we are based in north west london, our son turned 3 in feb, we are going through an emotional turmoil totally shocked with the news, we find ourselves spending hours and hours trawling through the Internet to find anything and everything related to the diagnosis and any hope through the clinical trails to treat this.

    We just wanted to say hello and introduce ourselves, we are keen to meet others in the same situation and want to know if any of you have any experience/comments re natural remedies such as Coenzyme Q10 or any others?

    Your response and introductions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi mands, I’m sorry to hear about the recent news. My son spent a lot of time at gosh, for other illness, they are fab.
    I have a type of md that can’t, as yet, be named! Great….
    I’ve read about supplements and I’m just not sure…. I tried coenzyme q10 for a bit but probably not long enough. And I’m an adult- so not sure about kids. I say- it’s all worth a try! Perhaps see if you can find a good homeopath. My friend has cancer and swears by homeopathy. Give it a go!
