    Earing storage

    have started storing earrings in pill trays. easier to find, and easier than trying to get earring on the fiddly card.

    Neat idea … and probably cheaper than the earring holders that are like little compartments.

    I like this idea too. A bit embarassing to admit that I have a couple of pairs of hoops that may not fit in this style box though, inside diameter 20mm. I used to have 25mm dia back in the late 80’s. Blame Bros & George Micheal :oops: .

    Anyway, I buy & wear mostly round titanium earrings now. They’re clean, cheap & there’s a huge range & titanium or 316l surgical steel is hygienic & you’re less likely to get a reaction compared to yellow gold.

    Yes, I am a geezer. My Dad refused to let me get my ears pierced as a fourteen year old teenager until I took to wearing an ear cuff & said I looked even more of a pratt. So, then he took me & paid for me to have my ears pierced & laughed at my every groan as they did it.. I then paid for a third myself six months later & have had an earring in the three holes ever since.

    All me earrings are in little jewellry bags presently but, they’re not together & awol since the move, along with me wireless mouse. Still got eight boxes to unpack in the second bedroom.

    My Mum spoke these immortal words as I sat in the chair, no where near a mirror, to have mine done “I don’t know how yu can sit there and wath him do that!” I may be flexible but even I ouldn’t swivel my eyes round to see my ears, lol.

    :LOL: My mum wouldn’t let me have my ears pierced too so when I was old enough :scratch: 17 I think i took myself and my three sister ha ha ha haha to get them done behind her back? Ah! I still remember it now. I stuck with my one piercing but my sister went on too pierce as much as they could :shock:

    Another good box similar but larger is for putting screws in from DIY stores they come in all sizes and can be very cheap.
