Cheap TENS Machine at LIDL on Thursday….

T.E.N.S. machine at LIDL Thursday morning at £ 19.99

    http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/xchg/lidl_uk/hs.xsl/index_25070.htm

Tried TENS machine in 2002 but did not get on well with it.

This one looks more advanced and a lot cheaper (too cheap ?)

I recently bought a TENS machine from http://www.bodyclock.co.uk I got something called the Flexi Tens because it has different modes and you can set the strength just how you can handle. I bought it for the sciatic pain and my experience has been positive. The tapping feeling/deep vibrations are distracting to the pain I normally experience. My type of MD doesn’t involve the nerves so I cannot comment on whether its safe on MD patients in general. According to all adverts of TENS machines they are apparently very safe and there are 0 side effects. I’d consult your MD Dr before purchasing one though if you’re concerned but still want to try it :) Best of luck!
