    Highly recommend the “Patient Access” App.

    Order medication on App with one click.

    Goes straight to surgery, approved by GP online.

    Immediately appears on Chemist computer.

    They print and deliver.

    You do not leave house, they do it in seconds on computer.

    I love it. I much prefer it than phoning them in and I can easily do both mine and my mums. Plus you can see everything and when you ordered last. Much less waist.

    I do however think reasonable adjustments should be used for people who can not get to grips with online apps etc or indeed have access to internet. our practice only accepts from over 75’s for phone script requests.

    Also it gives you access to your medical details.

    You can see all your treatments, appointments and details which in our cases
    is often so confusing.
