Getting on and off the toilet – Lift Seat Vertica

    Hello All :new:

I have spent the past 4 years working with OT’s and all types of MD and Inclusion Body Myositis clients with the LIFT SEAT VERTICA – this is a toilet lift I developed that raises up and down vertically allowing you to get th=o the right height to ‘lock’ your knees.

We manufacture in Sussex and i have successfully worked with thousands of people with MD helping them get on and off the toilet.

You can see the Lift Seat VERTICA here:

It works over any type of toilet and can also be used bedside.

    Thanks

Hi Steve and welcome to forum

We don’t normally have companies advertise on forum but when its a item that is appropriate to our member base which this is we ask that for transparency that price ranges be displayed on the post.

And out of personal interest is your system battery operated. does it have mains capabilities to be hard wired.

    Hi Cat,

    Thanks for the welcome.

Firstly £2995.00 – supplied exempt from VAT – Available direct or via us through an OT.

The system is both battery and mains operated. We supply 2 rechargeable batteries (one as a spare) and a charger. Each one lasts about 10 – 14 days before simply swapping over.

If there is a ‘fused spare’ in the bathroom, or the Lift Seat VERTICA is being used bedside with our commode bucket then it can be simply plugged into the mains.

No fitting is required. No installation (its free standing but weights 25kgs so stable) and there is no assembly. It’s simply lifted around the toilet and its ready to go.

It fits all toilets (Post Edited by MDUK Mod to remove other company or branded names)

You get on slightly higher – to get rid of the drop onto the loo – and are slowly lowered down. When you’re ready it will get you as high as needed (most of my clients lock in about 26 – 28 inches) but i have one client that needs 40″ and it still works.

    Thanks again,

    Steve

Hi Steve and thank you for your reply.

To comply with MDUK rules I’ve had to remove the mention of other brands from post.

    regards
